A major event marking the conclusion of the company’s bicentennial celebrations, entirely dedicated to employees, agents, and their families. A total of 1,200 participants, including adults and children, took part. Sinergie designed and built the ITAS Village, set up over 13,500 sqm in Parco Le Albere in Trento, also hosting prestigious partners such as MUSE, Aquila Basket, and Trentino Volley. Over five days, a team of 40 people created themed areas, play zones, and a corporate nursery. At the heart of the Village stood a stage (10x12 m) with a central maxi-screen and two side screens (6x4 m), from which Bryan “Box” Ronzani of Radio 105 hosted the day, featuring live broadcasts, official moments, and a concert by a prominent artist. The venue also featured 10 food trucks and 4 drink bikes.
