A trip that offered a genuine and life-changing experience, far from tourist clichés, combining the natural and cultural discovery of the island with moments of human connection, environmental awareness, and active involvement with the local community. The incentive program, designed and organized by Sinergie, included guided excursions led by a biologist, visits to local schools, the planting of a baobab tree, and meetings with women’s communities engaged in empowerment projects. On the island of Nosy Iranja, participants crossed the famous sandbank and enjoyed lunch by the sea.
