First Edition of “BPA Forum 2016 – Innovation Challenges”
The event took place at the Genoa’s convention center. More than 300 guests, among which private bankers, sales partners, institutional guests and the company’s General Direction, welcomed by Banca Patrimoni Sella & C.’s Sales Director Alessandro Marchesin, lived a day dedicated to technology and innovation. In addition to the management of every communication material, and the oversight of the event on stage, SINERGIE Live Communication dealt with reinforcing the messages of the meeting, customizing the entire convention center. The agency worked on a huge pvc panel that took an entire wall (and was used to manage the accreditation), totems and sign holders for a total of more than 60 communication materials. The setup of the 12 stands dedicated to investment companies were tailor-made by the agency: each one had a wall of 250x200m and a customized desk. The agency also produced emotional videos, interviews and clips that were broadcasted during the meeting; it also worked on the communication materials such as Save the date, badges and customized gadgets. The creative team also prepared the videos’ graphics: backdrops, lower thirds and business cards; together with the stage scenery.
A screen of 12x6m with a back projection was located along the entire stage; for the videos and presentation was used the graphic mixer Analog Way that allowed the opening of several windows on screen, contemporarily.All Case Histories
