To awards the company’s best salesmen and collaborators, winners of an internal incentive contest
Generali Italia Spa chose SINERGIE Live Communication to organize the Special Challenge DNA: an entire day dedicated to the world engines. 90 guests had the chance to live the thrill of driving racing cars and compete to win the test drive of a Ferrari F430 Challenge. After a welcome speech, lunch and ritual pictures, the Special Challenge started by dividing the competitors into groups of 20 people. Once in teams, the agents of Generali faced individual and group challenges such as: trajectory management, emergency braking in aquaplaning, pit stops timing and trials off road; each assessment brought the ten best pilots to do a test drive of the Ferrari F430. At the end of the racing day, guests were invited to a gala dinner, specially organized for them on the Generali’s HQ terrace, the same used in the movie “La grande bellezza”.
SINERGIE Live Communication has conceived the whole format of the challenge, including the tasks for the guests and the app created to manage live all the scores of the competition. Finally, it managed the whole logistics and booking of the event.All Case Histories
