Seize opportunities for higher performance and success in achieving objectives. This concept for the kick-off is conveyed via the slogan “Jump to the Top”. The Kick-Off got off to a stirring, adrenaline-charged start with the Milan Monkeys team and their parkour performance on a more than 200-sqm stage, accompanied by multimedia images on 30 metres of rearprojection screens. The evening was dedicated to the finalists of the online musical contest. The members of the Adecco community winning the most votes then gave a rousing performance before the audience of 1500. The event was capped off with a “workshock” by Giovanni Vernia, who analysed humour as an innovative and easily applied means for achieving success and appeal, both within and outside of the company.All Case Histories
